I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can bring your whole self, all of your parts and experiences.
At WholeSelf Counselling, you're welcome to bring every part of yourself - your experiences, struggles, the parts that might feel a bit broken, lost, or out of place, but also your hopes, aspirations, and dreams.
In our sessions, there’s space for all of it. Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel more connected, grounded, and more like your whole self again.
No matter who you are, or what you’re carrying, I am here to support and walk alongside you through life’s challenges with empathy, compassion and professionalism.
Working together, to re-align parts of yourself into wholeness, one step at a time.

This is an opportunity for you to ask questions about therapy with me - how I work, my training, or the counselling process - and for us to see if we’re a good fit.
You can share a bit about yourself, but please keep in mind this is not a therapy session, so deep sharing is not encouraged at this stage.
There’s no obligation to commit to therapy.

About Me
I’m Libby, a qualified pluralistic psychotherapeutic counsellor accredited with The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
I personalise each session to suit your unique needs, guiding you through life’s challenges with compassion and care.
My flexible approach focuses on what feels most relevant and meaningful to you, supporting growth, positive change, and wellbeing in a welcoming, confidential, and WHOLE-istic environment.
Everyone’s journey is different - our counselling and psychotherapy sessions are tailored to meet you where you are. Some of the areas we may work on together include:
What I can support with
Trauma and Abuse
I have extensive experience supporting women with trauma and abuse. Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected, but in therapy, we can gently reconnect with yourself, understand your feelings, and work towards feeling grounded, whole, and present.
Parts work and
Internal Family Systems
Parts work helps you explore the different voices and protective parts within yourself. Together, we can get curious about these parts and understand how they shape your wellbeing.
Anxiety
Anxiety affects many of us, but it doesn’t have to control your life. In therapy, we can explore its roots, understand its impact, and develop coping strategies to help you thrive.
Coping mechanisms
Coping mechanisms are how we respond to stress and difficult emotions. In therapy, we can explore your patterns, understand what’s behind them, and discover new, more supportive ways to care for yourself.
Depression
Depression can affect your mood, energy, and motivation. Together, we can explore your experience with care, understanding what lies beneath, and work towards connection, compassion, and self-understanding.
Stress
Stress is a natural response, but when it builds up, it can affect your mood, body, and relationships. In therapy, we can explore what’s causing it and find ways to create balance, resilience, and space to breathe.
Relationship issues
and Attachments
We all crave connection, but relationships can bring pain or confusion. Therapy offers space to explore patterns, improve communication, and build more authentic, empowering connections with yourself and others.
Self-Esteem
Self-esteem shapes how you see and value yourself. Therapy can help uncover the roots of self-doubt and support you in building a more compassionate, confident sense of self.
Self-Acceptance
Self-acceptance is about meeting yourself with compassion, even in difficult moments. Therapy can help you let go of judgment, embrace who you are, and find comfort in your own skin.
Client Testimonals
Taking the first step can feel daunting - but you don’t have to do it alone. I offer a warm, flexible space where you can explore what’s going on for you, without pressure or judgement.
